Booking information
The enquiry and booking forms collect the information you enter, including your name, phone number, pickup and destination, preferred time, passenger count and trip requirements. The detailed booking form also accepts an optional email address and notes.
Car Booking uses these details to contact you, prepare an itinerary and quote, and manage your booking request. Submitted requests and the associated fare estimate are saved in the website booking system and can be accessed by authorised administrators.
If you need to correct information in a request, contact Car Booking and provide your booking reference if available. Avoid entering sensitive details that are unnecessary for arranging transport.

Place search and driving distance
When you search for a trip, place names are sent to Photon to find coordinates. The two locations you select are sent to an OSRM server to calculate driving distance using OpenStreetMap data. Place and distance results are temporarily cached on this website to reduce repeated requests. Names, phone numbers, emails and booking notes are not sent to these distance services.
The Google Maps route button opens Google Maps with your selected locations. Google handles that visit under its own policies. If an administrator switches the distance calculator to Google Routes, trip addresses or coordinates are sent to Google for route calculation.
